Step 1 - Before scheduling your appointment, follow the FAA Online Application Process at FAA MedXPress, and complete the Form 8500-8 online. You must generate a confirmation number in order for Doc Carp to import your application.

Completing the FAA application online keeps Doc Carp on time and keeps you from waiting!

Step 2 – Schedule your appointment online by selecting an AVAILABLE appointment from the schedule below. Please make sure you enter your personal information as well as the FAA confirmation number.
