Fees

All Classes: $90 EKG: $65 (digital transmission to FAA) Aeromedical Consultations, Special Issuance and Extra-Hours Aviation Medical Examinations: Fee by Arrangement Cash, personal checks or Mastercard/Visa are accepted for payment. *Effective January 1, 2012: The class fee will be increasing to $100 and the EKG will be increasing to $70.
